Baník Guest House, Building No. 556

The newly renovated Baník Guest House is situated just 300 m away from a ski resort. Outside, we have built a pleasant seating area with a covered fireplace. The building is located on a main road and has its own car park.

Garden facilities

The garden offers a new 6x3 m heated pool with a depth of 1.2 m (available for use between 1 July and 31 August), an undercover barbecue terrace with seating area, an undercover table tennis table, a trampoline, swings and a basketball hoop.

The guest house can accommodate 19 people.

Guest house facilities

The ground floor comprises two fully equipped kitchens (fridge-freezer, dishwasher, electric hobs and oven, drip coffee maker, electric kettle, microwave, dishes and cutlery, kitchen towels, dishwasher tablets, kitchen roll), a spacious living room with an LCD satellite TV, table football, a lounge suite and a three-bed room.

The ground floor further includes two bathrooms with shower cubicles and toilets (soap, hair dryer and toilet paper provided), 1 bathroom with shower cubicles and 1 separate toilet with urinals.

Upstairs there is a smaller living room with an LCD satellite TV, a lounge suite, five bedrooms for up to 16 people, one of which is a walk-through room for 2 persons (1x 5-bed room, 3x 3-bed room and 1x 2-bed room) and one bathroom with a shower and toilet (soap, hair dryer and toilet paper provided).

Bed linens are included in the price. Free Wi-Fi throughout the building.

Price list

MIn. 12 people – CZK 6 000 per night

Each additional person – CZK 500 per night. There is a 40% surcharge for accommodation at Christmas and New Year.

The price includes:

Bed linens and kitchen towels.

Guests will need to pay a refundable deposit of CZK 4,000 on the date of arrival. The deposit is refunded at the end of the stay.

Prices are valid for a minimum stay of 3 nights. We give priority to week-long stays in the winter and summer seasons.

Tourist tax doesn´t included in the price. Electricity ang gas are included in the price.

Free parking.

Dogs and other pets

Pets are not allowed. We love them, but please leave them at home.

Many of our guests have allergies, and even thorough cleaning of the apartment cannot guarantee them a safe stay.

Vacating the guest house

Final cleaning before departure is not included in the price. The guest house must be cleaned and tidied before departure (rubbish bins emptied; bed linens removed; dishes, hobs, fridge and microwave cleaned; floors vacuumed). In the event of a failure to fulfil the cleaning requirements, CZK 2,000 will be subtracted for cleaning from the refundable deposit.
