Location and accessibility

A detached house situated by a main (access) road not far from a skiing resort (approx. 300 m) with its own parking lot on the property.

Facilities and service

A two-floor suite occupies 85m²

The first story consists of a air-lock area blind the door that is used to store skis, hallway, fully equipped kitchen (fridge with a freezer compartment, electrical stove, cordless kettle, microwave oven, all dishes and silverware), bathroom with a shower enclosure, WC, living room with TV–SAT and free Wi-Fi, a double room.

The second story offers a WC, bathroom with a shower enclosure, double room and a huge 4-bed room with TV-SAT.

Prices

4 people 2 000 CZK/day

Each additional person – CZK 500 per night. There is a 40% surcharge for accommodation at Christmas and New Year.

The price includes

Duvet covers, tea towels, electric energy and gas.

On the arrival day the guests are required to pay a refundable down payment of CZK 4 000.-. The down payment is returned on the departure day.

If the above utility limits are exceeded, the guests are required to pay the difference (electricity and gas) according to the valid price list of the accommodation provider.

The prices apply to stays that are at least 3 nights long. In winter week-stay reservations are give priority.

The price doesn´t include the local tourist tax.

Dogs and other pets

Pets are not allowed. We love them, but please leave them at home.

Many of our guests have allergies, and even thorough cleaning of the apartment cannot guarantee them a safe stay.

Arrival and departure

On the day of arrival accommodation is available from 2.00 p.m.

On the day of departure the guests are required to clean and tidy the room/suite and hand it over by 10.00 a.m.If the room/suite is not tidy and clean, a cleaning fee of 2 000.- CZK is charged.
