Krista Guest House, Building No. 589

The newly renovated Krista Guest House, which comprises a 60 m² common room and can accommodate up to 19 people (an etra bed is possible), is perfectly suited to summer or winter family holidays, as well training, team-building and other corporate events. The building is surrounded by a garden, below which a stream flows. It is situated beside a forest, away from the main road, approximately 10-minutes from the ski resort by foot. The guest house has its own car park adjacent to the building.

Building and garden facilities

The building includes: a common room with a fireplace, table football and pool table, an infra-red sauna and a ski room with a heated shoe dryer.

The garden includes: a heated and roofed swimming pool (available for use from 1 July to 31 August), an undercover barbecue terrace with seating area, ballgame area, undercover table tennis table, darts board, trampoline and swings.

Apartment 1

58 m ² apartment for 5 people. The apartment is fully equipped: a big kitchen (a fridge with a freezer, a dishwasher, an electrical stove with an oven, a drip-coffee maker, a kettle, a microwave, dishes), a living room with a TV-SAT, a bathroom with toilet, 2 bedrooms ( 1x two beds, 1x three beds), free Wi-fi.

Apartment 2

71 m ² apartment for 6 people. The apartment is fully equipped: a big kitchen (a fridge with a freezer, a dishwasher, an electrical stove with an oven, a drip-coffee maker, a kettle, a microwave, dishes), a living room with TV-SAT, a bathroom, 2 toilets, 2 bedrooms ( 1x two beds, 1x four beds), free Wi-fi.

Apartment 3

96 m ² apartment for 8 people. The apartment is fully equipped: a big kitchen (a fridge with a freezer, a dishwasher, an electrical stove with an oven, a drip-coffee maker, a kettle, a microwave, dishes), a living room with TV-SAT, a bathroom, 2 toilets, 4 bedrooms ( 4x two beds), free Wi-fi.

Prices

Min. 12 People 6 000 CZK/day

Every other person 500 CZK/ a day

There is an additional charge of 40% for Christmas and New Year’s Eve stays.

The price includes

Bedlinen and dish towels.

On the day of the arrival, guests make a refundable deposit of 4 000,- CZK. This deposit is given back at the end of the stay.

The prices are given for the minimum of 3-night stays. In the winter season we prefer one-week stays.

The price doesn´t include the local tourist tax. Energies (electricity and gas) are included in the price.

Dogs and other pets

Pets are not allowed. We love them, but please leave them at home.

Many of our guests have allergies, and even thorough cleaning of the apartment cannot guarantee them a safe stay.

Thank you for your understanding.

Final cleaning

Final cleaning is not included in the price. The apartment must be returned cleaned (thrown-away rubbish bins, taken-off bedlinen, washed dishes, oven, fridge, microwave, vacuumed). In the case of untidiness, 2 000,- CZK for cleaning will be taken from the refundable deposit.
